Chapter Eight:Off to Hogwarts and a Some Shocking News
The summer ended too quickly for the Lupin-Black family. Sirius and Remus decided to have a private wedding, which only included closest friends and family. Erica, now known as Hayley, was extremely happy. Her friends were very happy to see their friend so happy.
Remus and Sirius were now escorting their daughter to the platform along with the Weasleys. Hayley and Hermione were chattering about the summer homework while Ron attempted to ignore them. Fred and George were content in prodding their younger brother.
They passed through the barrier in twos. Hayley and Hermione stood together, pretending to be discussing something to do with a chemistry class. No one attempted to understand what the Muggle-raised girls were talking about.
"Chemistry, huh?" Dean Thomas asked, placing his hands on Hayley's shoulders. Hayley jumped and glared at her dark friend.
"Funny, Dean."
He grinned. "I heard that your name changed. Congrats, er... Hayley."
"Thanks."
The three climbed aboard the train, talking more about chemistry. The adults were placing the trunks and cages onto the compartments where the kids were going to be in.
Hayley jumped off the train and rushed over to her fathers, hugging them both tightly. They hugged her back even more tightly. The two were afraid for this day to come, when their child would be going to Hogwarts.
"Stay safe," said Sirius.
"Study hard," replied Remus, smirking at his husband's indignant protests.
"I will," said Hayley. She boarded the train and waved to her parents.

Sirius and Remus went to the hospital two days later when Remus started throwing up the day after Hayley left. Dr. Kayla Hendricks asked a few questions to the married couple and took a few tests. She returned, with a smile on her face.
"I have some great news," she said, sitting down.
"What?" Sirius asked, squeezing his husband's hand.
"Remus, you're pregnant."
